Busy Boy

I know, I know it's been awhile since we've updated the blog but it's been a busy month. Caleb has had LOTS of visitors and we've had a chance to catch up with all the aunts and uncles from the Easter clan. Uncle Trent and Grandma came to visit in early March, Trent is back in Peru doing missionary work so this was our last visit with him for awhile. We will miss him, Caleb will be pushin a year old next time we get to see him!!!
We also had a great visit with Aunt Lexi and Aunt Joni a few weeks later. Neither one had seen Caleb in the last few months and they were amazed at how much he's grown. They even babysat for him 2 days while Brad and I worked. They were a great help (even getting up with him at 4 am one morning so we could get some sleep), we need visitors like that more often!
Next week Caleb and I are off to do a little visiting of our own. We are headed to Utah for a few days to celebrate cousin Lillah's first birthday. Caleb has never met his Uncle Matt and Aunt Melissa so I am so excited that they will finally get to see him.
He has not had his 4 month check up yet, but we are estimating that he weighs about 18 lbs now, which would keep him up there in the 90th percentile (fine by me, I love a fat baby). His eyes are changing, still blue but not as intense and he loves to talk and smile. Oh and he laughs now!! It is so sweet! He is also days, possibly minutes from rolling over, so we have to keep an extra close eye on him. All in all he is doing great and we adore him!!

Hank adores him too! This is him guarding his crib, he usually does this while Caleb takes a nap.

Just a little light reading, what can we say - the kid is advanced!

Hanging out with Nana and Great Granny, he loved holding her finger and wouldn't let go.

Spending time in Pop Pop's hammock

The Easter boys, what do you think, does he fit in?

The elusive smile! He usually won't do it when the camera is out, but I finally caught one!

Fatty Magee after a bath, check out those rolls. Uh, I mean "muscles".

Playing with his "friend" .

Tech jersey. He doesn't look too thrilled. Maybe he's going to be a Longhorn after all.

Daddy and Aunt Joni

Caleb and Aunt Lexi

Playing in his exersaucer, he really likes this cow, they have great conversations. Caleb does most of the talking.

Just hanging around.
